Seit 1. November 2008 ist die in Frankfurt und Berlin ansässige Full-Service-Medienagentur A+K Agency GmbH auf dem internationalen Film- und Literaturmarkt tätig. Zielgruppen in der Filmbranche sind vor allem Produzenten, Produktionshäuser, Studios, Drehbuchautoren und Regisseure. In der Verlagsbranche sind avisiert Autoren, Buchverlage, Hörbuchverlage, Fachbuchverlage und literarische Agenturen. Die A+K Agency arbeitet zudem projektbezogen als Subagentur für Verlage und Agenturen bei der internationalen Vertretung von Film- und TV-Rechten.
Als Geschäftsführerinnen der A+K Agency GmbH zeichnen die Gründungsmitglieder Alina Butuman und Anna-Katharina Gerson verantwortlich. Butuman und Gerson verfügen über eine langjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Buch- und Filmbusiness.
Die A+K Agency verfolgt eine Drei-Säulen-Strategie, um Klienten umfassend und erfolgsorientiert zu vertreten:
+ Agenturtätigkeit: Internationale Vermittlung von Filmstoffen, Vertretung von Autoren und Filmschaffenden.

Target groups for the film industry are filmproducers, production companies, studios, scriptwriters and directors. In the publishing industry are advised authors, publishing companies, publishers of audiobooks and reference books as also as literary agencies. Moreover, A+K Agency works on a project-by-project basis as sub-agency for publishers and agencies concerning the international representation of film and TV rights.
The A+K Agency GmbH was set up by Alina Butuman and Anna-Katharina Gerson, who are also its managing directors. Both MDs can draw on long years of professional experience in the international book and film business.
A+K Agency pursues a three-pronged strategy in order to represent its clients comprehensively and with a clear focus on success:
+ agency: international brokering of film scripts, acting to represent authors and filmmakers;
+ event organization and consultancy: organization of cross-media marketing platforms for film material, consultancy on all aspects of film rights and sponsorship acquisition;
